Welcome and Introduction

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED TO MY SUCCESS TO BECOMING A PRO BODYBUILDER AND A COACH

WELCOME! INTRODUCTION! 

WELCOME  to my blog for superheroes like YOU who are juggling so much throughout the day yet trying to figure out how to stay in shape and even make improvements at the same time (in order to be the best version of you for yourself and others). These blogs are geared towards an audience who is trying to be healthy physically, mentally and emotionally through exercise (resistance AND cardio), diet, and other self care strategies such as planned rest/recovery etc ANYONE should be able to benefit from this..hopefully.  Anything I recommend is just a suggestion and if you have medical concerns please run it by your doctor.

There will also be posts that are specific to bodybuilding contest prep. These bodybuilding contest prep tips can also be used by anyone who is just trying to look and or perform like a bodybuilder or getting ready for a special event (i.e. photoshoot, wedding, dance or acting performance etc)

My blogs are based on my personal experiences, and that of others that I network with using SCIENCE based approach. I always fact check before I share information on exercise and nutrition. Sometimes there are new studies that come up with new information and if you know something I posted may be outdated or inaccurate or maybe you have more recent information on a topic, please feel free to email me at shaktyfitness@gmail.com and I will not take offense because I’m a scholar first, meathead second.

In my IG @shaktyfitnesws_official I had interviewed and discussed with world famous exercise scientist Dr. Bill Cambbell as well as my professional natural bodybuilding champion friends who are actually educated. Similarly, here I will invite others to write or blog. If you want to contribute, email me your blog post and if it goes with the mission of SHAKTYFITNESS LLC I will post it and give you credit. This would be a great way for you to network and to send your message or research/ findings or just tips  to a broader audience.

In addition I will be attaching youtube videos to some of my blog posts especially if they involve exercises that need demonstrations. The exercises I focus on teaching are ONLY FUNDAMENTAL ones (None of the risky or unnecessary variations that people are coming up with to look cool and novel in order to gain followers and likes.. All the foundational exercises have already been invented and we don’t need to waste our time trying new combos or angles or twists  and risking injuries). The goals will be more performance based (increasing strength,power,  hypertrophy (growth), and endurage, agility, stability, speed etc). The blog posts are just general information purposes and if you are not my client, and I do not know your current level of performance, I cannot guarantee that the general tips will work for you. So if you have questions regarding specific workout programs and if they are write for you etc you should go to “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT” or email me shaktyfitness@gmail.com (preferred). YOU WILL TRY ANY EXERCISE I DEMONSTRATE AT YOUR OWN RISK SINCE ESPECIALLY IF I’M NOT WITH YOU IN PERSON.

I will also share diet tips and meal planning strategies and how to stay SANE on a diet without giving up EVERYTHING. Most of the time people come up with oversimplified rules because they don’t understand the big picture of caloric deficit, surplus, macros, macro ratios etc and they may be victims of fad campaigns. I’ll make sure to point out as many fads I come across. Once again, I will not take responsibility for your results if I do not work with you individually since there are a lot of “if” and “then”. Example, I am generally opposed to keto diet, HOWEVER, your situation may be unique and you may be a good candidate for that if there are certain factors involved. Once again if you are unsure please EMAIL or schedule a consultation which will prompt you to fill out an assessment form. Without assessment information I would not be able to make any recommendations.

There’s also this huge piece of emotional and mental readiness for fitness and health. I love discussing ways to maintain a healthy body image and realistic expectations of your look and performance so that we can actually SUSTAIN a fitness lifestyle. 

For competitive bodybuilders, I will be sharing the UNSCIENTIFIC bro science methods your coach is using just from “EXPERIENCE”. I don’t know about you but I trust NOBODY to tell me what to do with my body if they don’t even understand the basic science of the human body or exercise science/sports nutrition. 

I don’t know everything and I will always admit what I don’t know and what I’m trying to still figure out but if I do share any information, you can trust that it’s coming from a science nerd (teacher) who spent many years in research and interning with nutritionists and doctors. I also check up to date information on a topic before I share it or suggest the strategy for a client.

A coach like myself is only able to help you if you do your part. Even my blogs should NOT be used as coaching suggestions UNLESS you are my client with whom I am very familiar and some of them actually share their medical reports to help me guide them on how to work with their doctors to maximize their fitness results.

On that note! LET’S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m finally public to the whole wide world now! I’ve kept myself pretty low key on Google Search until now!!! The first Bangladeshi female to have ever competed in figure (there may have been someone before me in bikini,but not in figure.. If you’re wondering, bikini division is the newest addition to bodybuilding which is a softer look not as muscular) but I do not know any other Bangladeshi female figure athlete on the professional level. It’s a huge responsibility and I’m ready to pass down the torch while continuing to learn to be better for YOU!

Superwoman is no longer a secret! Let’s become BETTER STRONGER AND MORE SUPER TOGETHER!
